Chief Executive Officer
Gurdip is a deeply experienced practitioner and leader in life sciences industry transformation. Before joining Kallik as CEO, he held senior life sciences industry leadership roles at CSC, then DXC Technology.
He enjoys being an executive hands-on leader, driving organizational transformation in heavily-regulated industries, where he has been actively delivering change for the last decade as an advisor and practitioner in leadership, governance and complex program delivery.
Gurdip’s unique blend of business transformation, change management, and modern technology experience make him ideally placed to help regulated organizations drive greater consistency and integrity in critical global processes. He is driven in particular by a passion for people leadership and for growing talent.
Chief Commercial Officer
David Bennett brings 30 years international software industry, life sciences and healthcare leadership experience to Kallik. His career spans the breadth of the life sciences value chain - from early discovery through development to commercial.
Among other start-up and scale-up ventures, David led Documentum’s operations in Europe and most recently he was VP of Strategy at Veeva Systems Europe.
David’s deep industry knowledge and leadership experience, specifically in relation to complex global content management and compliance, give him a detailed understanding of the packaging and labeling challenges faced by our clients.
Rob’s determination and passion drive the successful technology at the heart of Kallik. Over the last 13 years he has guided our products to become the powerful enterprise applications they are today, continuously innovating to deliver the global process transformations our clients need.
He is skilled in designing and organizing development projects, and has a proven track record of delivering high-class software to a broad spectrum of clients across the globe. His applied skills are underpinned by a First-Class Honors degree in Computer Science; ScrumMaster certification; and accreditation in Technology Project Management.
VP Global Delivery
Beth is a master of delivering transformative change by harnessing the right fit of technology and engaging and preparing all relevant stakeholders. She is highly skilled in business transformation, management consulting, and business process improvement. She has previously worked as a business consultant at DXC, CSC and Atos Consulting, and has a wealth of experience of working closely with global organizations in the chemicals industry, life sciences, and other heavily-regulated markets.
As VP of Global Delivery at Kallik, Beth is responsible for ensuring that our technology delivers transformational results through appropriate project planning and change management.
Tom plays a key role at Kallik, ensuring our large Americas business and customers are in safe and experienced hands. Applying a consultative approach and harnessing proven standards and benchmark data to align business process and stakeholder vision, Tom is adept at facilitating business transformation, speed, and compliance in a highly regulated environment.
Tom previously held a number of senior roles in high-profile life sciences technology solution companies, including Envision Pharma Group, Zinc Ahead, and Veeva Systems.
Having collaborated across hundreds of mission-critical programs in the life sciences community, Tom is skilled at delivering success when multiple interdependent teams, scenarios, and collaboration are involved.
VP Global Customer Success
David is a highly-experienced expert in packaging, cloud-based software delivery, and associated project and change management, making him ideally placed to oversee the client experience at Kallik. A stalwart of the company - supporting our global client base for over a decade - David ensures first-class service continuity and strong and enduring customer relationships.
As VP of Global Customer Success, David and his team provide a vital link between Kallik and its customers. They ensure that our Veraciti solution delivers meaningful transformation for customers in heavily-regulated industries – smoothing the way to global coordination of all labeling via a hosted service; addressing any issues along the way; and delivering the promise of improved control, efficiency, consistency and compliance.
Chief Financial Officer
Honed over a rich career in MD and FD roles, David has a keen eye for business detail and operational efficiency. David has extensive experience of driving high-growth business operations, and an aptitude for pinpointing untapped business opportunities through advanced data analytics. He also has an broad market perspective, having worked for companies spanning geospatial laser mapping, mobile device optimization, and the caring profession, where compliance and safety are paramount.
At Kallik, as well as fulfilling the numerous strategic duties of a CFO, David has a direct influence over broader business planning, and actively champions expanded opportunities for Veraciti in heavily regulated markets, through detailed analysis of business performance data.
Kristina has spearheaded successful marketing drives on both sides of the Atlantic in a successful career spanning nearly 15 years. This has included leading powerful market development initiatives at enterprise resource planning (ERP), enterprise asset management (EAM) and enterprise service management (ESM) software leader IFS.
Before joining Kallik as Marketing Director in September 2019, Kristina held Head of Marketing/Marketing Director roles at Columbus, then Mind Foundry.
An accomplished marketing professional, Kristina is experienced in all aspects of marketing that contribute to a company’s demand and lead generation. She thrives on challenging and changing peoples’ perspectives through the use of technology, social media and new media -applying creative ideas, quality writing, and tailored language.
Non Executive Chairman
John Hawkins is a well-respected and successful serial Chairman of both Private Equity backed and Public companies, with an excellent track record in creating value & achieving excellent returns for Investors. John has extensive experience of strategic growth and implementation, drawing on his experience as a CEO where he lived and worked in the US, Far East, Sweden, Holland & North America. He has successfully built and sold businesses for both Private Equity Partners & Public companies.
John is married with 5 grown up children, he has been a Manchester United season ticket holder for 25 years and enjoys building successful Management Teams and delivering value.
Non Executive Director
Henry is joint Managing Partner and co-founder of FPE Capital and is a Non Executive Director on Kallik's board. He is passionate about building businesses and has spent all his career with growth companies both as an investor and as an operator. Prior to FPE Capital he was a Director of Quester, one of the largest growth capital investors in the UK. This followed eight years at AFA Systems, a financial services software company which he co-founded and joined full-time immediately prior to its IPO in 1996. From its foundation, Henry was part of a small team that drove the development of the group, both organically and by acquisition, resulting in an 8-fold increase in revenues. He returned to private equity, following the sale of AFA in 2004 to a trade buyer.
Outside the office, Henry has a large competitive family who keep him on his toes. He is rarely happier than when with them all on the south coast of Cornwall.
Non Executive Director
Dan is a Partner and co-founder of FPE Capital and sits on Kallik's board as a Non Executive Director. Having started his career in leveraged finance (Singer & Friedlander, RBS) providing acquisition funding to the UK mid-market private equity community, his desire to be part of the team delivering the upside, rather than just worrying about the downside, led him to jump the fence into private equity. Over his career as a lending banker Dan led a large number of transactions across a broad range of B2B sectors. On teaming up with Henry and David at FPE in 2008, that interest in funding and growing B2B SMEs continued, but with a particular focus on service-led business and those in the financial technology space. Dan is involved in all aspects of FPE’s activities, including the origination and completion of new investments and portfolio management. Outside of FPE, when not on family duty, Dan can be found watching or playing sports of all kinds, but golf, cricket and watching (winning) Welsh rugby are his passions.
