Enhanced usability features – including new visual status icons and a personalized column view – make it easier than ever to monitor progress and prioritize work. Users can also perform both individual and bulk actions directly from the Task Manager, streamlining operations and improving efficiency across teams. Knowledge Management Portal empowers user self-service


A key highlight of the latest updates is the launch of the Knowledge Management Portal, a new self-service hub within Veraciti™ that provides users with direct access to all documentation, guides, and release information.

The portal features integrated video demonstrations, step-by-step user guides, and a powerful search function that helps users quickly find the information they need. With direct links to relevant resources and popular articles, the Knowledge Portal significantly enhances onboarding, training and day-to-day productivity.
