Acceptable Use Policy
Enterprise SaaS Software
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the access to and use of the enterprise software-as-a-service platform owned and operated by Kallik Limited (“Service”) by its Customers (“Customer”). This Policy is intended to ensure secure, lawful, and authorized use of the Service and to protect the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of the Service and associated data.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to Customer and all employees, contractors, agents, and other users authorized by Customer to access the Service (“Authorized Users”).
3. Authorized Use
Customer may use the Service solely:
- For Customer’s internal business operations
- In accordance with the applicable subscription agreement, master services agreement, or terms of service
- In compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
4. Prohibited Use
Customer and Authorized Users shall not, directly or indirectly:
4.1 Legal and Regulatory Violations
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Use the Service to store, transmit, or process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
4.2 Security and Access Controls
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, systems, or networks.
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, authorization, or security mechanisms.
- Share credentials, API keys, or access tokens with unauthorized individuals.
4.3 System Integrity and Performance
- Interfere with or disrupt the availability, performance, or functionality of the Service.
- Perform load testing, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or benchmarking without prior written authorization.
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools except as explicitly permitted.
4.4 Data Protection and Privacy
- Access, collect, or process data without proper authorization or legal basis.
- Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful data.
- Process sensitive, regulated, or protected data (including personal data, financial data, or health information) unless expressly permitted under the applicable agreement.
4.5 Intellectual Property and Software Restrictions
- Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, lease, sell, or create derivative works of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code, except where expressly permitted by law.
- Remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright markings.
4.6 Competitive and Misuse Activities
- Use the Service to develop, benchmark, or support a competing product or service.
- Resell, provide, or make the Service available to third parties without authorization.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customer is responsible for:
- Ensuring Authorized Users comply with this Policy.
- Maintaining appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational security measures.
- Promptly notifying the SaaS Provider of any suspected security incident, unauthorized access, or misuse.
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
To the extent permitted by law, the SaaS Provider may monitor usage of the Service to verify compliance with this Policy and applicable agreements.
Violation of this Policy may result in:
- Suspension or termination of access to the Service.
- Additional remedies as permitted under the applicable agreement or law.
7. Policy Updates
This Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
