Work starts in the systems you already run, such as PLM and ERP. Content is assembled from pre-approved building blocks, artwork is created and approved, and the same approved file goes to your factory printers, pre-press suppliers and digital channels.

Assemble content
The Rules Engine adds the regulatory phrases and symbols each market needs. Content is signed off before any artwork exists.

Create
Artwork is generated automatically from approved content, or streamed into Adobe InDesign or Illustrator by your designers.
STEP 06
Review and approve
Mark up on the artwork, compare versions automatically, and sign off with a 21 CFR Part 11 compliant e-signature.
STEP 07
Print and publish
Factory printing, print file distribution, pre-press and e-labeling, all from the current approved version.

AToM, Kallik's Assisted Tool of Migration, uses AI to bring your existing labels and artwork into Veraciti™. It reads legacy artwork, documents and data, extracts and classifies the content, identifies duplicate phrases and symbols, and proposes your controlled phrase library.
Migration is the hardest part of any labeling program, so AI does the heavy lifting and your team approves every mapping before it becomes live content.

'Where Used' shows every artwork and label that a phrase, symbol or image appears on, across every brand, market and site. When a regulation changes, you make the change once and push it through every affected artwork under one controlled approval.

Cloud Designer: intelligent label templates in the browser
Cloud Designer is the browser-based template designer built into Veraciti™, with no local install and no Java dependency. Designers work from a background trace imported from the Asset Manager and lay out smart containers that pull approved content at generation time, rather than holding their own copy.
Colors are managed centrally and templates are validated for print readiness before release. One template serves around ten labels on average, which is what makes bulk change possible later.

Automated Artwork Generation assembles pre-approved content into a pre-approved template, creating labels and artworks in seconds rather than days and removing the manual steps where transcription errors creep in.
For design-led work, Veraciti™ Cascade streams approved content directly into Adobe InDesign and Illustrator. Artworkers keep full control of the design, and the content is always the approved version.

Artwork review, comparison and approval
Veraciti™'s comparison tool shows exactly what changed between two versions of an artwork, so approvers review the differences instead of re-reading the whole label.
Reviewers annotate directly on the artwork, and approval is captured with a 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11 compliant electronic signature. The approved version is stored back in the Asset Manager automatically, with full version control and metadata. Teams standardized on Global Vision Verify can use it in place of the Kallik tool.

The approved label in Veraciti™ is the label that prints. There is no export to a separate print system and no re-creation step where an approved design can drift. It is a true closed-loop system, printing billions of labels for our customers.
Veraciti™ supports thousands of factory printer models, and we configure each one as part of the service. Print from Veraciti™ or trigger jobs from your ERP. Contract manufacturers see only their own labels, and LOT numbers and expiry dates come from ERP at print time.

Today, Veraciti™ uses AI for onboarding and migration through AToM. AI never makes regulated decisions. Every AI output is recorded and reviewed by a person, and your named approvers sign off exactly as they do now.
Human accountability
AI assists and recommends. Approval, release and submission always stay with named, qualified people.
Explainable and auditable
Every AI-assisted action is recorded in the Part 11 audit trail: what was suggested, by which model version, and what the user did with it.
Your data stays yours
Your content is never used to train foundation models, and that commitment is written into our contracts. AI models run as managed services inside our own AWS estate.
Your controls
AI features are off by default and enabled per tenant. Model versions are pinned. The validated core system runs fully with every AI feature disabled.
